A husband and a blushing bride
Still in her wedding gown

A happy couple so in love
Their laughter filled the air
Driving with the top pulled down

But he was driving way too fast
His car flew off the side
On the road called thirteen curves
That happy couple died

They headed up a winding road
To start their lives together
But thirteen curves stood in their way
And now they’re gone forever

Now sixty years have come and gone
Since that fateful night
And on the road called thirteen curves
Some see a ghostly light
It floats above the winding road
And glides along the breeze
Casts it’s glow on passing cars
And darts into the trees

They say that it’s the spirit
Of the lonely phantom bride
Searching for her husband
Where only ghosts reside
But she’ll never find her man
She’ll search forevermore
The devil took his soul that night
To settle an old score
